We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Exchanges are also possible.

Conditions for returns and exchanges

• Products must be in new, unused condition.

• The return or exchange must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Return label: A free return label is included in the package.

• Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees.

Refund process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days . Your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
