🔄 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
📦 How to Initiate a Return

We will provide return instructions and a return authorization (RMA) number if eligible.
Ship the item back to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, return the original and place a new order.
