🔄 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.


📦 How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization (RMA) number if eligible.

  3. Ship the item back to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.


💳 Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
