• Electric scooters (e-scooters)

• Electric mopeds (e-mopeds)

• Electric wheelchairs (e-wheelchairs)

All product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. Despite careful testing, minor variations in appearance or technical details may occur.

4. Orders and conclusion of contract

An order constitutes a binding offer. A purchase contract is only concluded when you receive an order confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders without giving reasons.

5. Prices and payment

• All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and shown before completing the order.

• Accepted payment methods are: credit card, PayPal, Klarna, bank transfer and others depending on the region.

• The order must be paid in full before shipping.

6. Shipping and delivery

• We ship within the EU. Delivery times can be found on the respective product page and in our shipping policy .

• Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability.

• Delays due to force majeure (e.g. weather, strikes) do not give rise to any claim for damages.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving any reason. Details can be found in our Return & Refund Policy .

8. Warranty & Liability

• We provide the statutory 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products .

• Voltbewegung.org is not liable for damages caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear.

• Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in the case of breach of essential contractual obligations.

9. User account and responsibility

Users are obligated to keep their access data secure. We reserve the right to block or delete accounts if misuse is suspected.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, text, logos, videos, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Voltbewegung.org or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law & Place of Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
